Outstanding service. I recommend Preloved books because they went above and beyond to get my books to me. There were issues with the delivery of these books that resulted in the books being returned to sender twice and the books even went missing. The fault was with the postal carrier and not the book shop. The staff at Preloved assisted me with locating the books and quickly sent the books on to me. These second hand books are of sentimental value to me and I feel the staff really understood this when they were making enquiries on my behalf to locate the missing books. They also went to the effort of taking pictures of all the books before posting to ensure they were the edition I was looking for as they knew I was only after specific editions.
