Love Takes You Home

This is a novel about food and about people. Each of the thirteen stories is accompanied by a recipe which is related to the people and their part in the story.

Novel telling of the life of Grace Sabato, brought up in Australia, but whose life is influenced by her Italian heritage. When she grows up she travels to Italy, to the village where her grandmother, Graziella, lived, and the reason for Graziella’s strange and frightening behaviour is revealed. An underlying theme is the preparation and eating of meals, and recipes and aphorisms on life and cooking are interspersed throughout the book.
