Eve lives with her invalid father and her mother who runs a store.

Eve shares a room with her older sister, Chantel and is sworn to secrecy about Chantel’s boyfriends. Not until Eve meets Mike, a Vietnam veteran who runs a pottery, does she learn about life, love and the way God answers prayer.
