Neill! Neill! Orange Peel!

The title of the book comes from a chant some Summerhill students would do to make fun of the author’s name, something A. S. Neill treasures because he sees his role as head of Summerhill not as authoritarian, but as a fellow traveler.

This is a personal view of his ninety years, by the founder of Summerhill School.
