The Secret – Teen Power

All books listed on Preloved Bookshop are second-hand and sold in used condition. I describe each book as accurately as possible, including any noticeable wear such as marks, yellowing, stickers, creases, or scuffed covers. Because these are pre-loved items, normal signs of use are expected and are not considered faults.

Change of Mind
I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including where a book is not as new as expected. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Faults or Incorrect Item
If:
• the wrong book arrives, or
• a book shows significant damage not mentioned in the description,

please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photos of the issue. If a claim is accepted, I will provide either:
• a replacement (if available), or
• a refund, including return postage if I need the book returned.

Damage or Delay in Transit
I package books securely; however, delivery time and handling are outside my control. If a book arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will assess the issue and work with you to reach a fair outcome.
