Robyn Alexander is a teacher of Human Resource Management at Randwick College of TAFE. She has worked extensively in the field of Industrial Relations and is a member of the Industrial Relations Society and the Australian Public Administration Institute.

John Lewer is Senior Head Teacher, Business Studies, Newcastle Technical College. Prior to joining TAFE he occupied several key industrial relations positions within industry. He is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Australia.
